Early in the project when you are working to obtain agreement on project goals, milestones and deliverables our tools allow you to quickly create a plan and present it to the people funding or supporting your effort. The ease of use and broad availability of our tools allows you to make sure everyone is tuned in to the planning effort.
As the project progresses and project parameters begin to change (they always do, right?) our tools allow you to quickly update the plan to reflect the current realities so that you minimize any unpleasant surprises.
When the project is complete you can optionally archive the project in SharedPlan Central for future reference by you or others in your organization (you control access). This is a great way for you and your team to learn from past projects.
