Indian students in Australia Ordinary University Rated Only

Australia is still struggling to get a positive assessment of the citizens of India. The results of a recent survey conducted for high school students shows India, Britain and the United States considered as a country with a high quality education. In addition, the two countries are considered better quality of life. When asked what word they have in mind when hearing the word Australia, the most given answer is "kangaroo". And the third highest response was "racism". But the unique, the second most answers are "good". This is the result of a survey of three thousand high school students of India. A survey conducted earlier this year held by the Association of Higher Education Strategy (HESA). The survey is expected to provide a snapshot of student attitudes about education pascasekolah middle India, potential goals, expectations, plans and academic interests. It is quoted from The Australian, Friday (22/07/2011). The survey found that 56 percent of respondents rate the quality of Australian universities have good or excellent, 10 percent assessed bad or very bad quality, and 27 percent said the quality is moderate. This amount is much different when compared with the U.S. and Britain. Where respectively 84 percent and 80 percent of respondents rated these two countries have good quality is very good. When asked about the quality of life, Australia is ranked much lower than the United States or Britain, Singapore, United Arab Emirates and Canada. India is a potential market for the developed countries like Australia. The reason is, one in three respondents said they are very likely or sure to study in foreign universities.
